Absolutely not. You don't need to love numbers or be good at maths. You need to be willing to look at them. I make the whole thing simple. no jargon, no overwhelming dashboards, no finance bro energy. We go through everything together, step by step, until it makes complete sense to you.

I have worked with more coaches than I can count throughout my own business journey. Some of them were good. Some of them were genuinely great. The advice was solid. And suddenly the advice that worked beautifully for a service business just did not quite land for mine.

That gap is why Beside Her exists. I wanted someone who could sit inside the specific chaos of an ecommerce business. What stage does my business need to be at? +
Ideally you have some data to work with and are generating revenue. Whether you are doing $5k months or sitting at six figures wondering why it still feels hard, this is for you. Occasionally I work with founders who have just launched. In those cases we set up the operations, data systems and foundations first, then move into strategy and growth as the numbers build. How does the 1:1 mentoring actually work? +
We meet fortnightly on a 1:1 decision call. Just you and me, looking at your actual business together. You submit questions beforehand so nothing gets rushed and everything gets the attention it deserves. Between calls you have support via email and WhatsApp whenever you need it. You are never sitting with a question and no one to ask.
What happens after the min. 3 months? +
By the end of three months you will have a complete operating system for your business. cash flow, product profit, stock planning, ecommerce metrics, overall business profit, and a 12-month visibility plan. Many founders continue working with me 1:1 after that, where we expand into brand and marketing strategy once the financial foundation is solid.

When are the 1:1 sessions? +
Sessions are on Fridays during the day. If a Friday does not work, we can occasionally look at an evening but Fridays are my preferred day and where most sessions are booked.
Do you have payment plan options? +
Yes. You can either pay in full before we start or opt for a monthly payment plan. We will work out what suits you best once we have had our initial conversation.
How much time do I need to commit each week? +
Outside of our fortnightly calls, about an hour a week is enough to make real progress. The more you put in, the faster the clarity comes.
